Mui Ne in the past is a small fishing village, in the future – a promising resort center of Vietnam, located 15 km. from Phan Thiet, the capital of the southern province of Binh Thuan.
For more than 15 years, Mui Ne has been one of the most popular resorts among tourists, primarily Russians. The village is very famous among kitesurfers, this is one of the top destinations in the world, because during the winter season in the winter there are a lot of foreigners. It is they who are creating at the moment some kind of infrastructure – these are SPA, kindergartens, there is even a school, bars and restaurants, clubs, surf and kite schools and so on.
There are several attractions in the district, but the most important thing here is the sea, because in fact this is all that is in Mui Ne. If you need mountains or some kind of beauty, something to see, then you will need to go at least 2 hours.
In general, it was a village, a village, until a few years ago a plan for the reconstruction and development of the region was adopted, and in 2020 they took up the task actively.
The basis of this plan is the commissioning of an international airport 5 km away. from Mui Ne, they plan to build by 2023. This is probably the main reason for the ongoing investment and construction boom.
The reconstruction plan includes a global reconstruction of the coastline – all buildings will be demolished and the park will be broken. The entire first line will be equipped – this is the expansion of the road and the construction of pedestrian walkways.
At the moment, two residential facilities are under construction – a multi-storey condominium and a block with villas. Nearby (Muyne is essentially a Phan Thiet suburb), another two blocks with townhouses and villas are under construction. In general, Mui Ne is not yet planning to turn into a huge metropolis, so multi-story construction is removed from the center, and low buildings are built just closer to the center, which will undoubtedly preserve the cosiness of the place.
